Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Hold On Organic (Pettals Skincare Overseas), customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure the best quality products and safe deliveries, but if you ever face an issue, our simple and transparent refund policy will help.

1. Returns & Replacements
 We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
 Wrong product delivered
 Missing item(s) in the package
 Damaged or defective product
 To process a return/replacement:
 You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
 An unboxing video and clear images of the parcel are mandatory for claims.
 Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or reshipment.
 Please note: Products opened/used, or purchased on clearance/sale are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
 Refunds (if approved) will be initiated only after our team verifies the claim.
 Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after   verification.
 Shipping/cash handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellations
 Orders can be canceled only if the status is “Placed” or “Unfulfilled”.
 Once the order has been processed/dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
 For COD orders, refunds are not applicable once the order is placed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Wrong product / damage product will be only entertained to be returned will only when original shrink is not tempered 
Once it's opened or tempered it will be treated as used or tempered

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
 Skincare products that have been opened/used
 Gift cards, trial packs, or promotional items

5. Damaged / Missing Product Policy
 Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
 The unboxing video is compulsory for verification.
 Once confirmed, a replacement/refund will be processed as per policy.
