Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Hold On Organic (Pettals Skincare Overseas), we work hard to make sure your favorite skincare products reach you safely and on time. Please go through our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing
 All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days of order confirmation.
 You will receive an email/WhatsApp/SMS notification with tracking details once your   order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Timelines
 Within India
 Metro Cities: 5–8 business days
 Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
 International Orders
 Delivery within 10–15 working days (subject to customs clearance and local courier   timelines).
 Please note: delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, public holidays, or   unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Hours & Verification
 Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
 A signature/OTP verification may be required upon delivery.
 If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone else to receive the package on your   behalf.

4. Shipping Charges
 Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).
 For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply at checkout.
 Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract a small additional fee (non-refundable).

5. Tracking Your Order
 Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your registered email/phone.
 You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website until it is delivered.

6. Delivery Issues
 If your order shows as “Delivered” but not received, please inform us within 48 hours of   the delivery status update.
 In case of wrong, missing, or damaged items, kindly raise a support ticket within 48 hours   of delivery along with an unboxing video as proof.

7. Cancellations
 Orders can only be canceled if the status is “Placed” or “Unfulfilled.”
 Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
 For COD orders, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds.

8. Refunds & Replacements
 After verification, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to your original payment method   within 7–15 business days.
 Replacement/Reshipment will be provided in cases of verified damage, wrong, or missing   products.
